Product Liability
Lockabox One™ is designed to offer protection for your personal goods by operating as a deterrent to theft in social, domestic and professional environments. However, it is not guaranteed secure and should not be used to store high value items or be relied upon to prevent individuals from gaining access by force. You are responsible for goods stored in your Lockabox One™ so please use your Lockabox One™ responsibly and at your own risk, taking full account of this disclaimer. We will not be liable for any losses and damages in connection with the use of your Lockabox One™.
Supply of Products
Our supply of products is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your placement of an order or submission of a purchase order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall override any terms or conditions included in any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Lockabox, or any terms implied by law or custom and practice.
If a product is supplied to you by Lockabox free of charge, you are not entitled to resell that product.
Lockabox reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Pricing and Availability
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Payment should be made in local currency where this is an option available to you on our website. The exchange rate will be set by your bank or credit card provider who may also charge you an additional administration fee.
The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery. For deliveries in the UK and the EU, the price includes VAT at the rate of the country of delivery. For deliveries outside the UK and the EU (including the Channel Islands and the Canary Islands), the price remains the same, but VAT is not charged, and customers are not entitled to any discounts or VAT refunds. Our UK VAT registration number is 217 2456 21.
At our option, you may be offered a discounted price. This may be conditional upon you purchasing a specified number of products. Lockabox reserves the right to withdraw any discount and/or multi-buy offers at any time.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you to update you and suggest a possible replacement. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the product at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
All prices are quoted, and products are sold by us on a delivered duty paid basis. Further taxes, fees or levies may also be payable depending on the local laws of the jurisdiction of delivery. We cannot take any responsibility for this and it is your duty to check any additional costs of international delivery to your preferred jurisdiction before placing an order with us.
Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment via the online checkout system.
Returns Policy
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel any order within 60 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 60 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party (other than the carrier) nominated by you acquires, physical possession of the last purchase under the order.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must clearly inform us by post Returns at Lockabox®, Unit 1 Duke Street Chambers, Bridge Street, Kingsbridge, Devon, TQ7 1HX or email us at [email protected] or call +44 1548 856574 of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery and return. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary or inappropriate handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and will not charge any fees as a result of the reimbursement although the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount if you use one of our product return labels. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Any goods returned should be unused, with all labels and tags intact, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We offer a next day delivery service to mainland UK customers, but product(s) must be ordered before 12 noon to qualify. Should your items not arrive in the time expected we will reimburse you the difference between the standard cost of delivery and the extra paid for next day delivery on the same means of payment as that used in the initial transaction.
Customer Registration
To order you need to complete your contact details and follow any other instructions. To purchase from us you need to be 16 years or over, and you warrant that the details provided by you are true, accurate and complete in all respects.
Gift Vouchers
It is your responsibility to check the delivery email address for gift vouchers as we cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than the intended recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. In addition, we cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than the intended recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received the gift voucher, as it is the recipient’s responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in spam filters, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to check these filters. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside our control. We do refund gift vouchers using the same method as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, the original debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).

Two Year Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions
Lockabox products supplied by us benefit from a standard manufacturing warranty for two years from the date of sale. Please click here to find out more. Where you are purchasing other than as a consumer, we do not accept liability for loss of profits, loss of bargain or any consequential or indirect loss and our liability in respect of each product is limited to the price that you pay for that product.

Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that these terms are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and that any disputes under these terms shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in:
- Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts;
- Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts;
- A country outside the UK you may be entitled to bring legal proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
