Due to current restrictions in place on shipments into the Russian Federation, we’re currently unable to fulfil orders to Russia. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Deliveries will usually be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. However, some of our suppliers may also deliver on weekends, please see your tracking information for order-specific details.
Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched by standard package post within 48 hours. We will always obtain a receipt as proof of posting.
If you select a business address, we shall be deemed to have delivered your order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and leaving it with a suitable member of staff.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
All delivery times shall be interpreted as estimated and in no event shall we be responsible for any delays in filling orders, nor shall we be liable for any loss or damages resulting from such delays, regardless of whether such delays are due to force majeure or otherwise.
Customs and duties
Customs charges are built into the delivery fee for each order – Irrespective of which delivery zone they fall into. We constantly monitor customs policies internationally and reserve the right to change the price of delivery to any country in reaction to any changes to policies worldwide.
Please be aware, ‘Rest of World’ deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and additional checks on arrival in your country, that are outside our control. All international orders will be tracked, and your tracking information should be made available to you upon shipping of the order.
