Lock problems

It’s super-easy to set the code on the Lockabox One™ and Lockabox Mini™. Just follow these few simple steps:

  1. The default code for the box is 000. To change the existing code, make sure the correct code (either 000 if it’s new or your set code) is in place and you can open the door freely.
  2. Then open the door, and you will see a small metal tab on the backside of the lock. Slide this from position A to B.
  3. Set the 3-digit code that you want by using the dials on the front of the box, before moving the metal tab back from B to A.
  4. Hey presto! Your code is now set.

Please remember you should move the number dials after closing/locking your box.

Changing the code on your Lockabox® is simple:

  1. Firstly, make sure that the correct code is entered on the front of the box.
  2. Slide the metal tab on the backside of the lock (inside of the door) from position A to B.
  3. Then, set the 3 digit code that you want using the dials on the front of the box, before moving the metal tab from B to A.
  4. Your code will now be changed.

As the Lockabox One™ and Lockabox Mini™ is a secure product, any ‘quick fix’ would make it less effective so there is no ‘master code’. If the code has been lost or forgotten, the only way to open your box is to work through all the possible combinations from 000-999 - it’s not as daunting as it sounds and takes roughly 15 minutes.

Once you have then found the code, you can reset it using the AB tab on the inside of the door.

First things first - don’t panic!, We can help. First things first please check the following:

  1. Are the dials on the three-digit combination lock lined up correctly?
    If they are nudged slightly and not completely aligned, it won’t allow the box to open. Sounds simple, but lots of us get caught out by it.
  2. Have you changed the code recently?
    If the digits weren’t lined up exactly when setting the code, then this may cause the lock to malfunction and prevent you from opening the box.
  3. Are you entering the correct code?
    If you’re unsure of your code, then there is only one way to reset it. Unfortunately, due to the Lockabox One™ and Lockabox Mini™ being a secure product any quick fix would make it less effective. The solution to this issue takes roughly 15 minutes (often less) and requires working through all possible combinations from 000-999. This really isn’t as daunting as it sounds!
  4. Is your box new?
    If you have never set your code, the default code is 000. This will need to be entered on the box, to allow you to open your box and change the code for the first time.

Sometimes the lock tab on the back can be a little sticky. We suggest using something thin and flat (such as a coin) between your thumb and the lock tab. If you apply additional pressure you should be able to free the movement. Once this is done for the first time, the operation should be smooth and easy from then on.

Shipping, delivery & invoicing

If you wish to change your shipping address after purchase, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, name, date of purchase and new address as soon as possible, and we’ll see if we can change your details.

Our warehouses fulfil orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee that we can help, but we’ll do our very best to make the necessary changes if we can.

Yes, all website orders are tracked. If you do not receive a tracking email letting you know we have dispatched your order, get in touch with us [email protected] and we can provide your tracking details.

You should get a confirmation email from us when you place an order. If nothing arrives, please check your spam and junk email folders. If those don’t have an email from us, please get in touch at [email protected] with your name, order number and address.

The sizing of the Lockabox One shelf packs are as follows:

It’s really easy to fit your shelf pack into your Lockabox One using these step by step instructions.

  1. Fit the two base airflow inserts first - tilt them on an angle and place inside the bottom of the Lockabox One.
  2. Angle the shelf marked ‘A’ with the arrow pointing towards the back of the box, then position the tabs in the airflow holes.
  3. Angle the shelf marked ‘B’ with the arrow pointing towards the front of the box, then position the tabs in the airflow holes.

How much time have you got? You can fit everything from a pint-size bottle of milk to mobile phones and tablets (whilst on charge). The Lockabox One is also the ideal size to store creams and lotions, blister packs and standard medicine bottles!

The Lockabox One is designed to provide a level of security in (all) domestic, professional and commercial environments. It is made from a leading impact and shatter resistant food grade polycarbonate and is exceptionally durable when used everyday as a deterrent to unwanted access, safety and the protection of others. It is not designed to be a fail safe to entry so must be used responsibly by the user.

Returns & warranty

Lockabox® products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty as standard and we pride ourselves on build quality. If your product does develop a fault within this period, please email [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue alongside images, to help our returns team understand the fault and to provide you with the next steps and appropriate course of action. Please email us (make sure to include your name and order number) as soon as you think there may be a problem with your Lockabox®.

Returning because you changed your mind - If you wish to return your item, please contact [email protected] with your request. A returns label will be provided, we will expect the box to be unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 60 days. We will give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Returning a faulty item - If your product develops a fault within 60 days of purchase, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, description of the issue and photos. From there, we’ll issue you with a free returns label and the option of a replacement or full refund as soon as we receive the faulty box.
