I’ve just placed my order- can I change my shipping address?

If you wish to change your shipping address after purchase, please contact us at info@lockabox.com with your order number, name and new address as soon as possible, and we’ll see if we can change your details.

Our warehouses fulfil orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee that we can help, but we’ll do our very best to make the necessary changes if we can.

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified delivery time (shipping & delivery page for delivery times) or you have any concerns, contact us at info@lockabox.com.

Please make sure you include your order number, name and address in any correspondence and we will update you on the delivery status as soon as we can.

Where do you deliver?

Is my order tracked?

Yes, all website orders are tracked. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. For tracking details, please email us at info@lockabox.com.

Can I have an invoice?

Yes, of course! Email info@lockabox.com with your order number and name and we’ll provide you with a copy.
