We pride ourselves on quality and build so all Lockabox® products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. and we pride ourselves on build quality. If your product does develop a fault within this period, please email info@lockabox.com with your name, order number and a detailed description of the issue alongside images, to help our returns team understand the fault and to provide you with the next steps and appropriate course of action.

Returning because you changed your mind? 

Providing your box is unused and in its original condition, you can return your box within 60 days of purchase. Please email returns@lockabox.com with your name and order number and our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your box. 

Returning a faulty item?

If your product develops a fault within 60 days of purchase, please email returns@lockabox.com with your name, order number, description of the issue and photos. From there, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your box and the option of a replacement box or full refund.
